The Wenzhou government started another round of meetings yesterday on its financial reforms, which are expected to roll out detailed implementation plans regarding experimental zones for changes to the city's financial sector.

The methods for regulating private financing in Wenzhou will also likely be announced within this year, an insider disclosed to Chinese media.

The first meeting in this new round of talks was held on April 23, and led to the announcement that Wenzhou will carry out a number of innovative financial reforms in five major fields in the near future.
