Recently, the first foreign-language edition of “China communication construction standards and specifications” was officially published in Beijing, which indicates that Chinese enterprises have taken big steps when going global.

The board chairman of the China Communications Construction Company Limited Zhou Jichang believes that the official overseas publication of the 12 books of "China communications construction standards and specifications" means that Chinese construction enterprises have had their own foreign-language standards for "Going Global," and it will also provide technical support for Chinese communications construction enterprises to go global.

According to statistics from the Ministry of Commerce of China, by the end of 2011, the value of contract China signed had totaled 841.6 billion U.S. dollars and completed 539 billion U.S. dollars. In 2011, the newly-signed contract value was 142.3 billion U.S. dollars and the completed contract amount was 103.4 billion U.S. dollars, both setting highest historical records.
