E-commerce platform unfreezes users' accounts

Guo He, chief public relation officer of said that after the accounts are unfrozen, customers cannot use them as before temporarily.

The website has adopted a safe mode to ensure the safety of the accounts. Users who would like to use their accounts will have to apply to customer service staff. If the application is approved, users can use the account balance.

Next week, will adopt mobile phone verification system, U shield dynamic password and other high-technology methods for account theft prevention.

It is reported that some users’ accounts of were stolen recently. The website decided to freeze users' accounts between March 19 and March 22.
