CASIC founds Huateng Co. to expand Int’l biz

China Huateng Industry Co., Ltd, whose stake is controlled by China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC), was founded in Beijing on Dec. 25, 2011. It will be CASIC’s main platform for international business and trade development.

The primary business of China Huateng Industry Co., Ltd includes import and export of aerospace products and technology, equipment export, general contracting of international projects, strategic resources trade, international economic and technological cooperation as well as integrated solutions.

Huateng company will promote the CASIC’s inner fusing of military and civilian use, improve the overall capacity of CASIC’s internationalization and strength its core competence said Liu Erqi, assistant general manager of CASIC and chairman of Huateng Industry Co., Ltd.
