Yihaodian, China's first online supermarket, and the U.S. Agriculture Trade Office in Shanghai jointly launched a month-long U.S. food festival on Dec. 15.
During the festival, local consumers can buy more than 330 kinds of American food products from more than 50 brands, including fresh fruits, dried fruits and nuts, breakfast cereals, bakery products, canned foods, UHT milk, juice and beers. Their prices are 10 percent to 15 percent lower than those at traditional markets.
Yihaodian offers multiple payment options and half-day delivery service as well as three deliveries a day, ensuring buyers of U.S. food enjoy the same quality services.
