China's power consumption rose 9.91 percent to 383.6 billion kilowatt hours (kWh) in November from a year earlier, the slowest growth in three months, the National Energy Administration (NEA) said yesterday.
The figure was lower than the 11.35 percent in October and the 12.2 percent in September, but was higher than the 9.1 percent in August, the NEA said. Growth of electricity consumption is a key indicator in measuring economic vitality.
