Jin Yuehua, chairman of Zhejiang Yuhua Timer Co., Ltd., shows the verdict of the United States Department of Commerce in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang, Dec. 10, 2011. In October, 2011, the U.S. Department of Commerce made a verdict on anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation on 169 Chinese multilayer wood flooring companies in China. According to the verdict, Zhejiang Yuhua Timer Co., Ltd. will be charged zero anti-dumping and anti-subsidy tariffs. Since China became a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2001, U.S. launched such investigations into the products from China. Zhejiang Yuhua Timer Co., Ltd. becomes the only Chinese company obtained zero tariffs since then. Over the past year, Yuhua organized lawyers to deal with the double-anti investigations and more than 4000 pages of questionnaires.
