Beijing, Nov.4 (People's Daily Online) --Statistics from China's Lenovo Group shows that it has become world’s second largest PC maker after a 35.8 percent increase of its PC sales in the world.
According to Lenovo's performance report, as of Sept. 30 this year, the sales volume of the group in this quarter has reached about 7.8 billion yuan. Its net revenue in this quarter totaled 143 million yuan, an increase of 88 percent year-on-year.
The group announced on Nov. 2 that Yang Yuanqing, CEO of the group replaced Liu Chuanzhi, the group's founder, as the head of Lenovo.
