Beijing, Oct. 31 (PD Online) --Yahoo released its annual "Yahoo's staff satisfaction survey" ("YESS")on Oct. 26, which showed that 19 percent of the employees will leave.

The survey drew a picture of a deeply demoralized workplace. The employees showed their concern about the leadership of the company. If a better opportunity presented itself, 19 percent of employees would like to quit the job in one year.

Analysts said that the company's decline and news of a takeover have been a source of anxiety for Yahoo staff.

Early in 2008, it was said that Microsoft proposed to spend 44.6 billion U.S. dollars acquiring Yahoo. Since then, the acquisition of Yahoo has been big news. Although many private investment firms and technology companies, such as Microsoft and Google, have shown interest, it is still unclear which will buy Yahoo in the end.
