China's FDI rises 16.6 pct in first nine months

BEIJING, Oct. 19 (Xinhua) -- China attracted 86.68 billion U.S. dollars in foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first nine months of the year, up 16.6 percent year-on-year, the Ministry of Commerce said Wednesday.
