BEIJING, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- China's stocks close slightly higher on Friday amid optimism for Asia's leading economies in the face of growing regional and global uncertainty.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.13 percent, or 3.29 points, to end at 2,482.34. The Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.28 percent, or 30.21 points, to finish at 10,878.23.
