DPRK estimated to be behind June 25 cyber attack in S.Korea

SEOUL, July 16 (Xinhua) -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) was estimated to be behind the June 25 cyber attack in South Korea that led to a shutdown of the presidential office website, the country's science and information ministry said Tuesday.
