Photo taken on May 26, 2013 shows the Chinese settlement in Arrowtown, New Zealand. Since William Rees found gold in the Arrow River in 1862, Gold diggers arrived here and built Arrowtown. The first Chinese labors arrived Arrowtown in 1866, and built independent settlement in this region. The settlement was deserted after 1920s until the New Zealand government rebuilt it in 1983.
