STOCKHOLM, Aug.15 (Xinhua) -- A suspected bomb exploded outside a cinema in Jakobsberg, north to Stockholm on Tuesday night, with no one reported injured or arrested so far, reported the Swedish news agency TT on Wednesday.
The windows of the cinema were broken and the entry door was damaged with parts of the roof being destroyed. The police suspected it was a crime against public safety but the people and motivation behind the explosion were yet unknown.
"We have no idea if it was powder or other kind of device that was used in the explosion," said Fredrik Ladenstedt from local the police.
Witness said there was a red car driving from the area at that time of the blast, but the car had not been found or identified.
