U.S. exploring new ways to promote partnership with South Africa: Clinton

South African International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane (R) and visiting U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton attends the second strategic dialogue between the two countries in Pretoria, South Africa, Aug. 7, 2012.
