UN bike ride promotes sustainable development

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon rings the bell to launch the United Nations Bike Ride event at the UN headquarters in New York, the United States, June 8, 2012. Ambassadors of the member states of the UN, high UN officials and NGO representatives participated the event Friday afternoon, a move to greet the forthcoming UN Conference on Sustainable Development and call for a cleaner and greener approach for development.
