5 Abducted Tunisians released from Libya

TUNIS, April 9 (Xinhua) -- Five Tunisian men were released Sunday evening, one day after they were abducted by an armed group of Libyans near the Tunisian-Libyan border crossing of Ras El Jedir, Radio Mosaique FM reported Monday.
The five Tunisian nationals, who were involved in petrol smuggling, had been released on Sunday evening after negotiations between the military council of the town of Ezzaouia and the Tunisian national guard, according to the report.

The five men had been handed to Tunisian authorities at the Ras El Jedir border crossing.
