Media members visit Fukushima nuclear plant ahead of quake anniversary

(TEPCO)'s tsunami-crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Fukushima prefecture, Japan, Feb. 20, 2012. Members of the media were allowed into the plant on Monday ahead of the first anniversary of the March 11 tsunami and earthquake.
