US Postal Service website launches Chinese version

The official website of the United States Postal Service ( recently launched a simplified Chinese language version, in a bid to meet the growing needs of Chinese Americans.

A customer can simply log in to, select Chinese in the language options, and then track packages, find locations, look up ZIP codes, calculate prices, and learn about other USPS products and services in Chinese.

A USPS official said that Spanish and Chinese speakers are two fast-growing groups of service consumers in the United States.

The launch of the Chinese-language version was part of its latest efforts to improve customer experience. In addition, Chinese is one of the three languages used in the advertisements on the website of the U.S-based FedEx Corporation.
