MANILA, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted Mindanao, the Philippines at 20:34:40 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 43.20 km, was initially determined to be at 9.3809 degrees north latitude and 126.3537 degrees east longitude.
