Unsure of the day's meals, which tops his worries, Wasswa moves from village to village in search for petty jobs like fetching water, digging or feeding animals. Wasswa was orphaned by HIV/AIDS, and he is also battling the disease which he says he got from his mother during birth. Aware of the importance of ARVs, Wasswa will now have to walk for four hours and sometimes with an empty stomach to reach the nearest hospital where he can access the medicine. His caretaker at the hospital, Richard Aliwali, however wonders whether this will make any difference because the ARVs need good feeding which Wasswa can not afford. He urges government and other agencies to come to the rescue of children like Wasswa. Like any other child, Wasswa has a dream and his dream is to become a driver. He says when he becomes a driver, he will be able to earn enough money to take care of himself.
