Jordan Olympic Committee President HRH Prince Feisal has voiced his satisfaction at the preparations China has done for the upcoming 2008 Olympic Games, local daily Jordan Times reported Friday.

"The Games organizers did an excellent job and I am sure the world will enjoy it," the prince was quoted as saying in the Chinese capital of Beijing.

The Olympic Village in Beijing Thursday witnessed the raising of Jordan's flag, and head of the Jordanian delegation Lana Jaghbeer and head of the Olympic Village Chen Zhili exchanged souvenirs as a token of friendship and appreciation, said the report.

In the meanwhile, two Jordanian students have joined over 400 participants from worldwide in the Beijing Olympic Youth Camp.

Jordan has seven athletes to compete in the 2008 Olympic Games. They are Zeina Shaban (table tennis), Razan Fareed (swimming), Anas Hamoudeh (swimming), Khalil Hanahneh (athletics), Bara' Marwan (athletics), Nadeen Dwani (taekwondo) and Ibrahim Bisharat (equestrian).

Among the seven, Dwani, Shaban, Bisharat and Hanahneh attended the Athens Games in 2004.
