Beijing Anzhen Hospital's new intelligent automatic parking garage, the largest of its kind in China, will soon be put into use.

The intelligent garage is made up of three sub-garages, and has a parking capacity of 670 vehicles. It is able to help drivers park their cars automatically in the parking space they want within 90 seconds through an intelligent parking system, so there is no need to drive into the garage. Compared to conventional parking, the intelligent parking can save drivers six to 10 minutes when they park or retrieve their cars, according to Beijing Construction Engineering Group Company.

The garage covers about 3,100 square meters. With a maximum height of two meters for each parking space, the one-story garage can be converted into a two-story garage, which will double the limited space and greatly increase its parking capacity.
