Seven fairylike snow foxes debuted yesterday morning in Beijing's Yuyuantan Park (Jade Lake Park) for the first time in history in this capital's Ice and Snow Cultural Festival.

Tourists are allowed to observe these adorable white fairies up close.

All the snow-foxes are female, from Harbin, and are aged 10 months. They have been delicately handled and given cereal and imported fish powder as their meals twice a day, the staff said, "the lower the temperature is, the better their fur is."
