World's first stamp 'Penny Black' exhibited in NE China

Photo taken on July 15, 2011, shows a stamp called Penny Black, the first stamp in the world, exhibited in Changchun, capital of northeast China's Jilin Province. The Penny Black imperforate was the world's first adhesive postage stamp used in a public system. It was issued by the United Kingdom on May 1, 1840, for official use from May 6 of that year.
