Shan Jixiang (3rd L), director of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, unveils the new Luoyang Museum in Luoyang City, central China's Henan Province, April 16, 2011. The new Luoyang Museum held an opening ceremony on Saturday. The new museum occupies an area of 300 mu (200,000 square meters) and involved a total investment of 400 million yuan (61 million U.S. dollars). The museum now displays more than 11,000 items of cultural relics. (Xinhua/Guo Jiming)
