Peach blossoms are seen besides the Potala Palace in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, March 23, 2011. The highest temperature of Lhasa rose to 17 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. As temperature gets higher, peach blossoms and sprouted willows bring the scent of spring.
