"Friends" star David Schwimmer engaged

Former "Friends" star David Schwimmer has become engaged to his three-year girlfriend Zoe Buckman, according to media reports.

The 43-year-old actor met the 24-year-old English photographer in London when he was shooting "Run, Fatboy, Run" in 2007.

According to David's friend, he is smitten with Zoe and says she is "The One". David has been living with Zoe in Chicago while working on a stage show called "Trust", and he asked for her hand in marriage after she recently moved to the US to be closer to him.

It will be the first trip down the aisle for both Buckman and Schwimmer. David has previously dated a number of famous women including singer Natalie Imbruglia and former S Club 7 star Tina Barrett.
