Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani speaks during a press conference in southwest Pakistan's Quetta on July 13, 2011. Pakistan voiced concern for the first time over US aid cuts ahead of top intelligence talks looking to repair a relationship damaged by the US killing of Osama bin Laden. "We have concerns over the recent statements by American officials about aid," Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani told reporters in Quetta, the capital of oil and gas-rich Baluchistan province, which borders Afghanistan and Iran.
