A vehicle is set ablaze by activists of India's ruling Congress party in Agartala, capital of north eastern state Tripura, India, July 11, 2011. One person was killed and 30 others including 11 security personnel were injured in a clash between activists of Congress party and police on Monday in Agartala according to local news reports.
