Cars are covered in debris after a concrete wall collapsed due to a mild tornado brought by Tropical Storm Meari in Quezon City, the Philippines on June 24, 2011. At least 11 people were reported missing and more than 40,000 people displaced in Metro Manila, after non-stop rains triggered by tropical storm Meari on Thursday, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management said Friday.
