NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen attends a press conference on Libya issue at NATO headquarters in Brussels, capital of Belgium on April 11, 2011. Rasmussen said on Monday that any ceasefire in Libya must be "credible and verifiable," just one day after Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi allegedly accepted a "road map" proposed by the African Union (AU) to end conflicts.
