Chinese rescue team members carry a quake victim's body from the ruins of the Canterbury Television (CTV) in Christchurch, New Zealand, Feb. 26, 2011. A total of 23 Chinese citizens are believed to be still missing in a devastating earthquake jolting Christchurch, most of whom were overseas students studying in King's Education Ltd, a local English language school at the Canterbury Television (CTV) building.
