Rescue workers still toiling in the ruins in Christchurch

A total of 23 Chinese citizens are believed to be still missing in a devastating earthquake jolting Christchurch, most of whom were overseas students studying in King's Education Ltd, a local English language school at the Canterbury Television (CTV) building.
