Protesters hold slogans during a rally against the coming South Korea-U.S. joint military exercise "Key Resolve and Foal Eagle" in front of the embassy of the United States in Seoul, South Korea, Feb. 15, 2011. Seoul and Washington have informed Pyongyang of their plan to hold the annual "Key Resolve and Foal Eagle" exercises from Feb. 28 to Mar. 10, according to their Combined Forces Command.
