Sri Lankan soldiers help displaced people cross flooded road in the eastern district of Batticaloa, Sri Lanka, Feb. 10, 2011. At least 21 people have died and over 1.2 million affected by heavy monsoon showers that flooded most parts of the island's north, north central and eastern regions. Flooding in the same areas last month left 43 dead and drove over a million people from their homes. (Xinhua/Gayan Sameera)
