Landmine blast kills 3 in Pakistani tribal area

At least three people were killed and four others wounded on Saturday morning when a landmine exploded in lower Orakzai tribal area of northwest Pakistan, security sources said.
The blast occurred when a security vehicle on its routine patrolling hit a landmine in Ibrahim Zai area of lower Orakzai, witnesses said.
The landmine was fixed in the main road of the Ibrahim Zai area, they said.
The security mobile was completely damaged in the blast which killed three persons including two security personnel in the vehicle and injured four others.
Dead bodies of the army personnel and the injured have been shifted to a nearby army hospital in the area.
No group has claimed responsibility for the terrorist activity.
