Bolivian policemen use tear gas against demonstrators protesting fuel hikes in Cochabamba, Bolivia, on Dec. 30. 2010. Country-wide demonstrations have erupted against a 73 percent increase in gasoline prices and 83 percent increase in diesel prices, announced by the government on Sunday. (Xinhua)
