A firefighter combats the cold fire in a village near Moscow, capital of Russia on July 29. Wildfire destroyed a total of 935,000 acres of forest in Russia this summer. The fire has killed 53 people, leveled 1,900 houses and made 3,500 people homeless. The economic cost was estimated to be up to 15 billion U.S. dollars.
