A serious stampede in Diamond Island, Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia killed 351 people and injured 395 on Nov. 22. The preliminary investigation found that the swinging bridge and panic among the crowd were the cause of the stampede. Photo, taken on Nov. 23, shows police conducting operations on the Diamond Bridge where the accident occurred.
