Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa pay a visit to a shelter for homeless victims of heavy rains, at the Fort Tiuna military base, in Caracas, Venezuela, on Dec. 14, 2010. President Correa delivered 5 tons of aid for flood and landslide victims of Venezuela during his one-day visit. Venezuela experiences the worst rains in a decade leaving more than 30 people dead and over 100,000 homeless. (Xinhua/Juan Carlos Hernandez)
