12th Int'l Energy Forum opens in Mexico

Mexico's President Felipe Calderon addresses the 12th International Energy Forum (IEF) in Cancun, Mexico, on March 30, 2010. The 12th IEF kicked off here on Tuesday. A total of 64 nations have sent official delegations to Cancun for the two-day conference. There will also be 16 representatives of major international organizations, including the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, the Organizations of Petroleum Exporting Countries, and the World Bank.
