Former Hong Kong legislator Leong Che-hung displays a cartoon that was sealed in "the time capsule", a container carrying dozens of items including legislative documents, election pamphlets and newspapers and buried 14 years ago, during the farewell ceremony of the LegCo headquarters in Hong Kong, south China, July 18, 2011. The Legislative Council will move into a modern complex in downtown Hong Kong in October from its colonial-era building, which was put in use in 1912.
