Former and present Hong Kong legislators bid farewell to the headquarters of the Legislative Council (LegCo) inside the LegCo building in Hong Kong, south China, July 18, 2011. The Legislative Council will move into a modern complex in downtown Hong Kong in October from its colonial-era building, which was put in use in 1912. The building will be taken over by the Court of Final Appeal. (Xinhua/Chen Duo)
