Firefighters try to put out the fire in a flour mill in Meishan City, southwest China's Sichuan Province, July 14, 2011. The waste oil discharged from an oil refinery in Meishan exploded into flames on Thursday night. The fire, which spread to a nearby flour mill, has been put out so far, causing no casualties.
