Firefighting trucks work at a refinery owned by China National Offshore Oil Corp., located in the Dayawan Economic and Technical Development Zone in Huizhou City, south China's Guangdong Province, July 11, 2011. The fire broke out early Monday after oil leaked from an equipment at the refinery, with no casualties reported. The fire was put out three hours after it blazed. The refinery has been under the effort of resumption. (Xinhua/Chen Yehua)
