Water gushes from the sluice of the Xin'an River Reservior in Jiande City, east China's Zhejiang Province, June 21, 2011. Three floodgates at the reservior were opened at 9:38 am on Tuesday to discharge water and will be closed once water levels on the reservior are reduced to between 106.5 meters and 106.7 meters. The whole process is expected to take at least 32 hours. (Xinhua/Ju Zonghuan)
