China, Indonesia launch first joint military training (6)

On May 6, Zhao Zongqi (L2), chief of staff of the Ji'nan Military Command, and Lodewijk F. Paulus (L1), commander of Indonesian Special Forces, inspect soldiers of the two countries. The first joint military training between the two armies, code-named "Sharp Knife 2011," was held that day in Bandung, Indonesia. China sent 69 representatives to the event. (Li Xiaoyu/Xinhua)
