Local villagers take a look at the solar power panel in front of the office of the village's Party Committee in Yushu County, Qinghai Province in early May. The China-Golden Sun Aid Project, launched by China Environmental Protection Foundation Clean Development Fund, helped build some 60 solar powered street lamps and several illuminative lights in villages in Yushu County.
