Ngari wetland launches conservation, restoration project

Recently, a wetland conservation and restoration project with a total investment of 37.72 million yuan was launched in Ngari, Tibet. After the implementation of the project, degradation of wetland functions will be curbed, and other ecological functions, such as water conservation, climate regulation, soil erosion control, flood storage, drought resistance and runoff regulation, will be further developed.
