On the occasion of Tsinghua University's centennial anniversary, Tsinghua University International Center for Communication (TICC) and Chinese Academy of World Agendas, in cooperation with Bukkyo University Institute for Niya Studies and Pakistan Embassy, jointly hold a photo exhibition "From Gandhara to Niya": the Great Buddhist Route to China", from April 22 to 24.

The photos, contributed by Li Xiguang, Japanese eminent monk Kojima Yasutaka, Lin Yongjian, and Yi huimin and Zhuo Peirong provide valuable materials for the study of ties between China's western regions and countries in South Asia, Middle Asia and West Asia, and embody the essence of east and west cultures along the ancient Silk Road.
